Army

Was immensely inspired by Ellie Goulding's new single

Army, both for the lyrics and its simplistic yet oh so effective

video.

I can always do with some lifting up, and this song did the

trick. The refrain 'when I'm with you, I'm standing with 

an army', spoke to me in a million languages

and I used that as my main inspiration for the shoot. 

Only If For A Night

Anyone following this blog knows how inspired

I have always been by Florence + The Machine.

When I was getting myself ready for this shoot

I played some Florence and as soon as their song

Only If For A Night came on, the refrain and the

drum beat got me in the mood and is the main

inspiration behind the direction of this shoot.

Punk Monsieur

Been inspired by the punk monsieur fashion trend lately

and wanted to portray this in a shoot as this is a style or

trend that is very close to the type of style I identify with.

These Are The Special Times

With Christmas around the corner, I wanted to do a shoot that

reflects not only the spirit of Christmas but also portray a softer

and more mature side of myself, perhaps even more vulnerable in

a sense. 

Macabre Celebration

Wanted to do a dark shoot again, and I still had a

neck piece I made from twigs that was intended for the

"Patron Saint" shoot but did not get used, until now.
