A little note

I have unfortunate news. My camera broke. So for the time being, no photshoots
will be posted. But do not despair, I will keep this blog alive. I will instead post
photos and pictures that inspire me as an artist, photographer and person in
general. I will also be posting projects, etc.

Watch this space. ;D

Dorian Kyle

Some how I feel this shoot was influenced by Beyonce, particularly from her
Sasha Fierce era. LOL I loved it. Only fitting then that I call this shoot
Dorian Kyle.

Hibiscus Flower

Hibiscus (play /hɨˈbɪskəs/[2] or /hˈbɪskəs/)[3] is a genus of flowering plants in the mallow family, Malvaceae. It is quite large, containing several hundred species that are native to warm-temperate, subtropical and tropical regions throughout the world. Member species are often noted for their showy flowers and are commonly known as hibiscus, sorrel, and flor de Jamaica, or less widely known as rosemallow. The genus includes both annual and perennial herbaceous plants, as well as woody shrubs and small trees. The generic name is derived from the Greek word ἱβίσκος (hibískos), which was the name Pedanius Dioscorides (ca. 40-90) gave to Althaea officinalis.

Tried a bit of macro photography on a hibiscus flower.

... just be a queen

Wether life's disabilities left you outcast bullied or tease.
Just rejoice and love yourself today, cos baby you were born this way.

Did a photoshoot back in 2011 called Kissing Heaven using condense milk
to create tears. Sure, it's not exactly special effects awards worthy but I'm not
aiming for that. So this time around I opted for something darker. I mixed charcoal
eyeshadow into the condensed milk and this is the result.

Michael Bolton: Rewired

I wanna be....

your soul provider. LMAO I have been in a very jazzy
and old school sort of buzz. Ive been listening to Michael
Bolton and Boys II Men, Babyface and old school George
Michael. Classic rnb I suppose. This photoshoot probably
doesn't show any trace of that influence, but the music was
playing while I did this, so naturally I named this photoshoot
Michael Bolton.
