Experimenting

a friend of mine suggested i should try doing a Gaga-inspired shoot.
I still have no idea how to be THAT EPIC, but i played around
with some feathers, LOL. Don't think I'll use this idea
cos it took so damn much time and energy, i dn't think
i can pull it off a second time. But here it is...

did this photoshoot, part planned, part spontaneous, as an inspirational booster
for myself. i've never had so much fun with a photoshoot in my life! lol. It's basically play on
Mr Bo Jangles, except this one gives a vibe related to Hippy-ness, more so than
bohemian-ness.

Another reason for this photoshoot, was to celebrate my hair :D
Getting my hair braided tomorrow till winter comes, and i wanted to do one last photoshoot in honour of my lush locks! LOL

Rain/Happiness

for which we are thankful for...
it was WET! Water EVERYWHERE!

that we should be thankful for..

with so much rain we've been having, i have a renewed sense of motivation.
taking photos of everything dry has become utterly boring and repetitive.
We've had so much rain storms these past few weeks, it's amazing to think that
God even considered giving us rain, :D


We even had a tree pulled out of the ground. A very heavy one. I'm not lifting it, that's for sure.

I also have a few other photo-projects lined up, 3 of my friends/colleagues. One just
had a baby, that'd be interesting, other one i have the idea of black africa's take on Janet Jackson ?, and the last project would be black Jesus. I'd love to see how these would come out. :D
