Happy New Year everyone!!!

[Preview Post] Celebration

Because I didn't do a shoot for Christmas, I decided

to do a New Year's themed shoot instead. 

I will be posting the full shoot 10minutes to twelve Southern

African Time. ;D

From all of the music videos (and songs) from
Beyoncé's 5th eponymous album, Pretty Hurts

spoke to me the most, as it shared in the message

I believe in. A message I believe many people share

in as well.

Drag Thuggery

It's my birthday and I'll do what I want to!

What better way to bring sexual gender norms

and give it a dirty shake, than doing drag with thuggery.

Velvet Roses/ Bow Down

This is a two part shoot. Started off sweet, and soon

turned into something more sassy. 

I have to say this was the first time I wasn't exactly happy

with how my make up came out on the photos, it almost

looks plastered on lol. But I'm still happy with the shoot in

over all.

Selfies

Bought my phone a funky cover, and instead of just taking

pics of that, I decided I'll recreate a selfie by posing with the phone

instead. Giggles.

This is somewhat a continuation of the shoot

'Flower Power' but also a stand alone #shotophoot.

As do flowers, I turned to the light
