Hairspray (this aint no musical)

Many of my photoshoots are never taken with clear ideas

on what I want, or what theme I want to follow, although there

are exceptions that go purely on theme. This shoot is no different

in the sense that I just kept the camera snapping, and I developed

my direction as I went along. 

This shoot however is a first for being named after the hair product

I used to style my hair. BUT, given how much hassle I had to go through

to get my hair up, it seemed fair. This aint product placement, but this

photoshoot was made possible by L'Oreal Studio Indestructible Volume Spray.

  So without further ado, I give you Hairspray

to tap into my creativity.

Fighting Spirit

At very rare times, I tap into a source

of inspiration that does not stem from 

creativity, but instead roots from pain. 

So far, only one other photo shoot that stems
from that dark place has made it to the blog,
Naive Defiance.

This is the last installment of Part II of We Are Family.

These shots were infact interwoven with the group shots,

some taken before they joined in on the fun, some taken while they'd

adjust their outfits.

The second series of shot are from Nicole this time, second 

youngest in line. This particular shoot was in fact shot a day

before the rest, as this shoot was the only one we actually planned

on having. The shoot We Are Family was in fact an impromptu one.

I give you part II of We Are Family, titled Family Affair.

This shoot chronicles individual shots of all three of us.

First off, I give you the youngest of us three, Cindy:

We Are Family

Did a photoshoot on Monday, and had my cousins over.

After doing my thing in front of the camera, I got my cousins

to join in on some fun. I have to admit, it was fun!

At one point, it even turned into a Destiny's Child reunion!!

This shoot was something special for me, because it

was shot to celebrate my first tattoo, which symbolised

many things for me as a person who has always sought after

ways to express myself uniquely, but also on a spiritual level.

The star to me symbolizes hope. Hope formed the basis

of my trinity; my spiritual outlook on life which consists of

Hope, Faith & Love.

I was so excited about this shoot because

of the spider broach I bought. I love it to pieces.hehe
